Additional fees
In some cases (outside the EU) wire transfer will be charged by your bank institute with additional fees for international transactions. These additional fees are not covered by the organizers.
Validation of registration
Your registration becomes valid only after we have received your full registration fee – free from additional bank fees, which might be charged for international transactions by your bank. Afterwards you will receive your ticket by email.
Terms of cancellation
For cancellations (only in writing) a handling fee of 90,- Euro will be charged. For cancellations after April 30, 2024 no reimbursement of the participation fee will be provided. In case of cancellation, please state your name, address and invoice number (only in writing).
