PPM

PPM (Pilot Pflanzenöltechnologie Magdeburg e.V.) is a non-university research organisation of the private sector in the legal form of a non-profit association. Its members are companies and individuals from plant breeding, the vegetable oil producing and processing industry, the biofuel industry and apparatus and plant engineering for this sector.

The organisation is split up into the business areas Oil & Fats and the business area Proteins, who work on research and development projects, for which PPM acquires public funding. The results are published and applied in the food, feed and chemical-technical area.

In addition, PPM carries out contract research and services for companies and research institutions in Germany and abroad.
